Job Description
Are you looking to gain hands‑on experience alongside your studies in a dynamic, international environment? Turner & Townsend is seeking an enthusiastic Working Student Operations & Office Support to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will support our daily operations and office activities while developing valuable skills in administration, facilities, and office management.
In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Team and contribute to the smooth running of our office. Your tasks will range from administrative support and supplier coordination to reception duties and general office assistance.

Your Responsibilities
Provide support to the Operations and Facilities teams
Process incoming invoices (registration, checks, forwarding to finance)
Assist with setting up and managing suppliers
Support travel bookings
Help maintain budget overviews for office‑related expenses
Support internal systems (including D365)
Perform general office and reception duties
Assist with ad‑hoc operational and administrative tasks
Contribute to internal initiatives and small projects
Qualifications
You are reliable, friendly, and eager to learn. You enjoy helping others, working in a structured way, and being part of an international team.
You bring:
Enrollment in an MBO4 or HBO programme
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, hands‑on attitude
Ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with D365 is a plus, not a requirement)
Comfort working in an international environment
Strong communication skills in English and intermediate Dutch
A team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
