Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and executing by others the commissioning and testing of systems, equipment, and facilities to monitor and verify they are installed, tested, and functioning as intended.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the project management team to monitor and verify successful project execution.
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers to monitor and verify compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with commissioning and testing to monitor and verify project safety, quality, and reliability.
  • Monitor and verify that all commissioning and testing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commissioning plan, including schedules, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to monitor and verify that systems, equipment, and facilities are functioning as intended.
  • Verify that systems, equipment, and facilities meet the required performance standards and specifications.
  • Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with the project team to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of commissioning and testing activities, including test reports, certification documents, and training records.
  • Provide training and orientation to operations and maintenance personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of systems, equipment, and facilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in commissioning of industrial plants or manufacturing facilities with projects in factory, semiconductor, pharmaceutical
  • Deep knowledge of MEP, automation, and safety systems
  • Proven ability in testing, validation, and troubleshooting
