Job Description
- Document Management: Maintain and control project-related documents, including project plans, schedules, budgets, meeting minutes, action items, and other relevant documents.
- Document Control: Monitor and verify that all project documents are properly stored, version-controlled, and easily accessible to authorized team members.
- Compliance: Monitor and verify that all project documentation complies with Texas Instruments' policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and third-party vendors by providing timely and accurate documentation.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the project team to monitor and verify that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Create and Maintain Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and meeting minutes.
- Document Version Control: Monitor and verify that all project documents are properly version-controlled, and changes are tracked and approved.
- Document Distribution: Distribute project documents to authorized team members and stakeholders.
- Meeting Support: Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and action item tracking.
- Action Item Tracking: Track and follow up on action items assigned to team members and stakeholders.
- Status Reporting: Assist in preparing project status reports and other project-related reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical), Information Management / Library Science
- 3–7 years of document control experience in manufacturing environment (preferred: semiconductor, electronics, pharma, FMCG), EPC / construction / industrial plant projects
- Experience using a DMS system (ex: Aconex, Procore)
- Experience in large, technical project environments
