Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive and driven Senior Recruiter, Team Lead to support talent acquisition across our fast‑growing European business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global consultancy with ambitious regional growth plans.

Based in Dublin, you will play a lead role in attracting and hiring top talent for our Infrastructure team in Europe, while also supporting recruitment across other sectors as needed. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment role where you will identify, engage, and hire exceptional project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialists who help deliver world‑class infrastructure and construction projects.

You will lead the regional recruitment team and engage with multiple senior stakeholders including regional managing directors, cost centre directors, sector, and account leads, contributing to a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment. The role is also likely to include key account management responsibility.

This role would suit an experienced recruitment profesional with line management experience, ideally within a professional services environment, or a senior agency recruiter from a construction background who is looking for more variety and responsibility in a corporate recruitment role within a thriving international consultancy.

Key accountabilities:

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for the area of responsibility

  • Responsible for identifying and sourcing active candidates

  • Understand and navigate the local market, promoting market activity and best practices

  • Responsible for ATS (SmartRecruiters) data accuracy and process compliance, from raising requisitions and job posting through to hiring, with overall accountability of the same for the local team

  • Engage with key programme, country, and regional stakeholders to understand the short-, mid-, and long-term recruitment needs, promoting a positive, proactive response to meeting demand

  • Lead a team of recruiters (where applicable) including coaching, training, and driving process compliance and efficiency

  • Allocate recruiting tasks to local recruiting team members, owning and enhancing the recruitment process for the sector

  • Prepare and share performance reports and talent insights with key stakeholders

  • Drive accurate data reporting and process compliance for key accounts

  • Ensure compliancy regarding CI and EDI of the European recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists

  • Previous experience managing a team of recruiters / resourcers

  • Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment

  • Can demonstrate drive to meet challenging delivery targets both individually and as a team

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Fluency in English is essential for this role, other European languages are beneficial

  • Able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates

  • Motivated, flexible and results driven

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
