Job Description
Project & Client Representation
- Act as the client-side Project Manager for a Build‑to‑Lease procurement model, overseeing the full development lifecycle.
- Provide overall leadership and governance across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Serve as the primary interface between client stakeholders, developers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Pre‑Contract & Commercial Management
- Lead and manage pre‑contract activities, including feasibility support, scope definition, programme development, cost planning, and risk management.
- Support procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and contract award processes.
- Ensure alignment to client technical, operational, and MRO requirements.
Post‑Contract & Construction Delivery
- Oversee post‑contract administration, including contractor performance, change control, payment certification, claims management, and schedule control.
- Ensure construction works comply with approved design, MRO standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain strong on‑site presence during construction to manage delivery risks and stakeholder coordination.
Technical Oversight
- Provide technical oversight with a strong focus on MEP systems, particularly those relevant to aviation and turbine MRO facilities.
- Ensure MRO‑critical systems (utilities, workshops, hangar services, testing facilities, etc.) meet operational and regulatory expectations.
- Support commissioning, testing, and readiness for operations.
Reporting & Governance
- Provide regular progress reporting on cost, schedule, risk, and quality to client and leadership.
- Proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of working experience in project management and experience in managing complex industrial, aviation, or technically intensive facilities.
- Proven background in MRO projects, preferably similar in nature to large‑scale OEM or turbine MRO facilities.
- Strong experience across both pre‑contract and post‑contract project management phases.
- Client‑side or client‑representative experience overseeing developers and third‑party contractors.
- Solid understanding of MEP systems in mission‑critical or industrial environments.
