Job Description

  • To lead corporate occupier fit-out project deliveries and move.
  • Manage processes and administrative tasks related to project and client governance procedures.
  • Updating project documentations where required in accordance with client requirements
  • Track projects against milestones and follow up with related parties (internal and external stakeholders) to action on commitments and manage day to day project requirements
  • Provide project update presentation decks for senior management on a monthly basis
  • Support Real Estate team with research and regional team presentations (decks) on global initiatives including Net Zero portfolio amongst others  

Qualifications

  • Strong team player with excellent team spirit.
  • Meticulous and detail‑oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in data collection, validation, and analysis of the project information (i.e. milestones checking, etc.) collected from all the stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from the project tracking and report to the clients including presentation to senior management.
  • Organised and clear in managing the process/documentation to make sure adherence to client requirements
  • Strategic thinker with strong critical analysis skills, capable of synthesizing information and providing clear, value‑adding recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilient and self‑driven, able to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure.
