Job Description
The role provides project management consulting services for our high-profile client account across multiple locations throughout APAC and will support the company's strategic business goals during multi-use facility renovation projects, including infrastructure/MEP lifecycle and interiors, with a focus on the corporate workplace.
As part of the Project Management team, you will lead project management of projects from initiation to completion, serving as the owner's representative. The role requires on-site presence from 3-5 days/week at client site as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility, business planning, and approvals through design, construction, and close-out
- Manage and control project budgets, cost plans, cash flow, and change management (CapEx and OpEx)
- Oversee consultants, contractors, landlords, and vendors to ensure performance and compliance
- Develop and manage project schedules, risk registers, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and HSE requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting and governance
- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and commercial negotiations
- Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers and project teams, as applicable
- Contribute to portfolio planning, fee proposals, and business development activities
Qualifications
- 10–18+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, commercial interiors, or capital project delivery
- Proven experience delivering complex office fit-outs, refurbishments, and/or multi-site programs
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost management
- Experience working with multinational clients or regional portfolios preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline required
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, RICS, or equivalent preferred
