We are recruiting for an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our diverse and industry leading recruitment team. The role will drive and direct recruiting initiatives and strategies for our Real Estate division.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Supporting the management of best in class talent attraction and talent acquisition activities in our Real Estate division.
• Recruiting sector leading Project Managers and Major Programme Management specialists to help us deliver nationally renowned major projects and programmes.
• You will be working alongside a Recruitment & Resourcing Manager, identifying, mapping and approaching sector leading talent for our organisation and managing a quality "end to end" recruitment process, being externally focused.

• Experience o a 360 recruitment role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Passion for identifying hard to find talent, in talent short markets
• Previous experience in real estate, construction or major programme recruitment would be preferred
