Job Description
To support continued business growth in our region, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Associate Director who will provide active support to the brand, marketing, communications and digital marketing plan and initiatives in India, a priority market for Turner & Townsend.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, English or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience across corporate marketing/communications. Familiarity with construction consultancy, advisory, legal, architecture, or real estate industries is desirable but not essential.
- Practical experience of how professional service organizations build brand and win work; and of the marketing approaches that underpin them.
Essential skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience of leading small teams and inspiring team members to deliver high-quality work.
- Superior written, analytical and oral communications skills; very detail oriented.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to identify and shape key messages.
- An ability to identify critical messages and unique selling points, and clearly communicate them.
- An ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about and focused on outcomes to support business success.
- Should be a self-starter and possess a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates the utmost in integrity, with a solid work ethic, confidence, diplomacy, and credibility.
- Strong PC skills required. Expert use of Microsoft Office package, especially MSWord, Excel and Power Point. Understanding of dotmailer, Foleon is advantageous.
- Work as part of the Asia marketing and communications function, in addition to working with global communications professionals.
