Job Description
Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Industry sector, and we would like to connect with Junior Project Managers with relevant skills and experience, to work on Projects based in Cordoba.
Job Objectives
- To work on Project Management Commissions, supporting the end to end service delivery with respect to large, complex projects.
- To act as day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives.
- Planning for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
- Supporting to establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
Qualifications
- University degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Business level Spanish and English
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- A proven track record of delivering project management services across the full project lifecycle with relevant Industry sector experience.
