Job Description
Preparing project reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Tracking follow-up actions & preparing meeting minutes and agenda
Document control
Coordinating design documentation flow
Managing design workshops
Planning & executing procurement and packaging
Contract administration (incl. time extension or claim notices)
Monitoring project progress
Quality oversight
Developing testing & commissioning strategies
Other tasks to support overall project delivery
Leading in Post-Contract Activity
Leading in Pre-Contract Activity
Controlling Document & Submittals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in site-based project.
- Understand the project management or deliver end-to-end project.
- Detail-Oriented
Ability to maintain accuracy in schedules, progress tracking, and reporting, ensuring no - Analytical Thinker
Strong problem-solving skills to analyze delays, assess impacts, and develop recovery - Proactive and Organized
Anticipates potential risks and takes initiative to address scheduling issues before they - Collaborative and Communicative
Works well with multidisciplinary teams (Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors) - Adaptable and Resilient
Comfortable working in dynamic environments, adjusting schedules and priorities as project - Integrity and Accountability
Maintains transparency in reporting and takes ownership of responsibilities to support project
