Job Description

  • Review and validate MEPF design drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for compliance.
  • Coordinate with consultants, design teams, and vendors to ensure design suitability for mission‑critical operations.
  • Lead design optimization for energy efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of:
    • Mechanical
    • Electrical
    • Plumbing / Piping
    • Fire Fighting
  • Coordinate daily work activities with contractors, subcontractors, and specialists.
  • Monitor site progress, resource deployment, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Ensure all MEPF works meet quality standards and follow the project’s commissioning plan.
  • Validate test scripts, checklists, and documentation for Data Centre readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate design, installation, and operational risks.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance logs for audits.
  • Manage technical queries, change requests, and corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years experience in plumbing/piping installation and Fire Fighting in building or industrial projects; experience in data centre projects is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with mechanical and piping standards.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC chilled water piping, fuel systems, drain/waste systems, RO/water treatment (if applicable), and pump systems.
  • Experience working within PMC, EPC, or main contractor environments.
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills.
