With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Construction Manager in the management and coordination of all parties involved in the project during the construction phase, specifically regarding installations
• Responsible for managing and coordinating the parties involved in the construction (contractor(s) and project management team) in activities related to their specialty
• Support the procurement lead in managing tenders
• Support the cost manager in handling costs and changes related to their specialty
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling activities related to their specialty in terms of contractual compliance, timelines, quality (through the project management team), and safety (through the Health & Safety Coordinator)
• Responsible for coordinating (supporting the Commissioning Manager) the commissioning activities related to their specialty

• University degree in Mechanical, MEP, Construction Management or a related field
• Several years of experience as a MEP Manager for major construction projects; experiences in Data Centre Construction projects preferred
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations
• Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-task
• Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required
• Entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and dynamism
• Fluent English & Spanish language
• Availability for on-site work
