Job Description
At T&T, our commitment to operational excellence and innovation depends on a strong, organized, and proactive project management team. We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator with experience in interior fit‑out projects to support our project operations and ensure smooth execution across all phases.
The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support project managers and site teams by maintaining accurate documentation, schedules, and communication channels.
Objectives of this Role
- Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring interior fit-out projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to maintain alignment with project scope and schedules.
- Maintain clear communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project clarity and progress.
- Track project performance, highlight deviations, and assist in preparing progress reports for management.
- Contribute to maintaining documentation, project logs, and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing project schedules, resource plans, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support daily project operations by monitoring tasks, tracking progress, and identifying delays or risks.
- Prepare project-related reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations for internal and client reviews.
- Maintain project documentation such as drawings, approvals, permits, change orders, and vendor records.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking to support cost control.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, quality guidelines, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions and reporting.
- Ability to work in dynamic project environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of MSP / project scheduling tools is an added advantage.
