Role Overview:
A Director-level leader to build, grow, and lead high-performing teams delivering data, automation, and AI solutions within the real estate sector. This role will play a critical part in shaping our market offering, winning work, and partnering with clients to unlock value through data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation.
The successful candidate will combine deep domain expertise in real estate with strong consultancy, commercial, and leadership skills, helping both our clients and our internal teams scale successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Growth:
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across Data, Automation, and AI.
- Create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead teams in an agile, measured, and deliberate manner, ensuring delivery quality and sustainable growth.
- Support the development of talent and future leaders within the team.
Client Engagement & Business Development:
- Win new work and expand existing client relationships through trusted advisory engagement.
- Position and articulate data, automation, and AI services clearly and credibly to senior client stakeholders.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact.
- Support the shaping of propositions and responses to client needs within the real estate sector.
Sector & Domain Expertise:
- Understand client challenges and opportunities within the sector and translate them into impactful data-led solutions.
- Apply deep experience within real estate, ideally across capital delivery, portfolio management, operations, or facilities management.
- Act as a thought leader in the application of data, automation, and AI in real estate.
Strategy, Data & Technology:
- Define and communicate the value of data, automation, and AI in driving better outcomes for real estate clients.
- Lead and advise on data strategy, governance, and operating models.
- Oversee the use of data visualisation and analytics to support decision-making.
- Drive productivity gains through intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Job Description
- Responsible for the delivery of core & shell of the project with primary focus on safety, schedule, cost, quality and compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring that the project meets the Guidelines and standards which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and Lesson Learned drawn from previous projects.
- Update and edit the guidelines managing the delivery of the project.
- Responsible for management of the commissioning and integration activities including coordinating with various resources, vendors and contractors.
- Coordinating and reviewing vendor performance relative to cash flow and summaries, together with Project Controls support.
- Responsible client engagement participation in communications plans, and community involvement.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Director-level experience building and scaling teams in Data, Automation, and/or AI.
- Strong background in the real estate sector, preferably in capital delivery, portfolio management, operations, or facilities management.
- Proven ability to win work, develop client relationships, and position consultancy services.
- Strong consultancy skills, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication.
- Deep understanding of data strategy, governance, visualisation, and automation-led productivity improvements.
- Experience leading teams in agile delivery environments.
Desirable:
- Experience operating in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Track record of developing new propositions or service offerings.
- Thought leadership or market-facing experience (e.g. speaking, writing, client presentations).
