Job Description
Role Overview
The BIM Lead will be responsible for driving BIM strategy, implementation, and coordination across major projects. This role ensures seamless integration of design, cost, and construction data, supporting project management teams in delivering projects efficiently, accurately, and to global standards.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Strategy & Implementation
Develop and implement BIM execution plans aligned with project objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and organizational policies.
Project Coordination
Lead BIM coordination across disciplines (architecture, civil, MEP, structural).
Facilitate clash detection, model reviews, and design validation.
Support project managers in integrating BIM outputs into schedules and cost plans.
Data & Documentation Management
Maintain accurate digital models and project documentation.
Ensure version control, data integrity, and structured information flow.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and construction challenges.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on BIM processes and tools.
Technology & Innovation
Drive adoption of BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.) and emerging technologies.
Explore integration with project management platforms and digital twins.
Qualifications
18–20 years in Building Information Modeling (BIM), project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager).
Strong expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, etc.).
Experience in large-scale infrastructure, real estate, or industrial projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
