Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all project activities across civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS, and IT systems.
Cost Management: Establish and monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
Design & Compliance: Review designs, ensure integration across disciplines, and compliance with data center standards and regulatory requirements.
Operations Leadership: Supervise daily operations, oversee vendor teams, and act as escalation point for issues impacting infrastructure.
Quality & Safety: Monitor site progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and resource utilization.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, manage change orders, and ensure proactive mitigation strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, cost variances, and operational performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 18–23 years in project management, cost management, cost control, and large-scale infrastructure (preferably data centers)
Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Construction/Project Management.
Proven track record in Data Center projects.
Strong knowledge of cost consultancy practices and MEP systems.
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
