Job Description
- Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
- Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
- Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
- Run and lead client and other required meetings.
- Identify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
- Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
- Advocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders.
- Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.
Qualifications
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the relevant fields, including strong expertise in industrial construction.
- Proven experience in leading or co‑managing complex large‑scale projects and programmes.
- Extensive knowledge of modern leadership practices, paired with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as a balance of assertiveness and empathy.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools.
