Job Description

With the growing demand of our clients in the data center sector, we would like to expand our team with a multidisciplinary Project Manager (m/w/d):

  • Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets
  • Oversee General Contractor, vendors, and consultants
  • Track and manage critical milestones to prevent delays
  • Review construction proposals, pricing, and scopes
  • Assess work-in-place and approve capital expenditures
  • Review and approve cost-loaded schedules
  • Lead client and project meetings
  • Identify and monitor factors influencing construction costs
  • Apply knowledge of procurement methods and long-lead equipment
  • Validate and audit contractor cost estimates
  • Support engineering decisions during design-build changes
  • Review and approve payment requests and invoices
  • Ensure equipment delivery aligns with project schedule
  • Record potential claims and act on client’s behalf
  • Advocate for client in disputes, change orders, and modifications
  • Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews
  • Oversee project close-out, including documentation and warranties

Qualifications

  • University degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Data Centre or mission-critical projects
  • Solid knowledge of Structural, Civil, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Low Voltage scopes of work
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
  • Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to multi-task effectively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented attitude
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
