Job Description
AMCL is looking to recruit an Asset Management Data Analyst into the North American Team. The role will support the delivery of a variety of consultancy and transformation projects for high profile infrastructure organizations across multiple sectors. The role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of projects including data analytics in support of business transformation.
*Hyrbid working is required out of our NYC office. Requirements may change depending on our client's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret complex dataset, develop KPIs, analyze trends and perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive analytics.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex extract, transform and load (ETL) processes from multiple sources, ensuring scalability, efficiency, accuracy and reliability.
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Communicate and present data analytics insights to the team and clients, with an emphasis on implications for lifecycle decision-making about assets, business process improvement, and organizational strategy.
- Prepare visualizations and distillations of findings to incorporate into formal reports and documents.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Experience working with complex data and systems and the ability to:
- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs & requirements and translate into both technical and non-technical terms
- Analyze and maintain existing dashboards, tools, reports and databases
- Understand relational database and extract, transform and load information (e.g. using SQL queries)
- Use data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Apply programming knowledge across multiple domains to support process automation, product development, and technical problem solving

- Information Solicitation and Analysis - researches, interprets and analyses different forms of information (interviews, surveys, reports, etc.) to understand client issues and diagnose problems, identifies and implements appropriate data analysis tools and techniques to derive insight for client organizations from data trends, patterns and anomalies
- Problem Solving and Solution Implementation- diagnoses root causes and applies knowledge and experience to solve problems creatively, employs a logical and informed approach to decision making, and adds value by leveraging appropriate tools and methodologies when recommending and implementing solutions
- Visual, Written, Verbal Communication - articulates complex information clearly, translates complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences and utilizes visual aids and storytelling techniques to enhance comprehension and tailor the communication to the relevant stakeholders
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $100K-$120K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
