Job Description
- Application of the business development understanding to management information and reporting to deliver insights and reporting.
- Provision of weekly, monthly and quarterly standardised reporting which collates data into meaningful information for Board-level executives, leadership and business development professionals.
- Produce insightful and accurate commentary and analysis to accompany data and analysis.
- Collate multiple datasets in Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Sharepoint based systems to create a single, accurate view to aid business development activities.
- Engage diverse stakeholders to build understanding on the impact of data and how it is used to make business decisions.
- Provide inductions, training and guidance to stakeholders which improves reporting accuracy and understanding.
- Maintain data quality and consistency through establishing processes, procedures and guidance which support improved ways of working.
- Accurate data entry support to maintain systems and support priority requirements
- Development of PowerBI and Sharepoint dashboards/lists and repositories to aid reporting.
- Work with colleagues in Finance and Business Development teams locally and globally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Development or a related field.
- Experience in business development or sales
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365, SalesForce, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Drive for continuous improvement, and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices.
- Ability to work at pace in a fast paced environment
