Realizar a integração dos Projetos e/ou Contratos com os processos organizacionais da HYDRO;

Realizar e acompanhar o planejamento estratégico e tático, detalhando-o por área / setor, bem como integração dos Projetos como um todo;

Controlar o cumprimento dos marcos contratuais e utilizar, se necessário, as prerrogativas dos Contratos relativas às penalidades previstas nos mesmos pelo não cumprimento dos marcos

Elaborar e desenvolver ações de comunicação e “Report”;

Elaborar e emitir o relatório mensal

Organizar e facilitar o ritual mensal de gestão para apresentação do relatório mensal de execução dos Projetos, com participação das lideranças da Fiscalização;

Auxiliar no estabelecimento e no monitoramento de ações de tratamento dos desvios apurados;

Realizar reuniões regulares de apuração de performance com as lideranças da Fiscalização.
 

Graduação em Engenharia.

Desejável conhecimento nos softwares MS Project, Pacote Office 365, Autocad, AWP e LPS.

Experiência em planejamento de projetos de mineração.
