Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join our team across various disciplines. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects in the fields of construction management,, business operations, and quantity surveying. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful tasks that support our ongoing projects and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your area of focus, responsibilities may include:

Construction / Quantity Surveying:

  • Assist in site inspections and progress reporting.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Help prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities.
  • Participate in procurement and contract administration activities.

Business Administration:

  • Assist in daily operations, documentation, and coordination tasks.
  • Support HR, finance, or procurement teams with administrative duties.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Participate in process improvement and workflow optimization projects

Human Resource:

  • Assist in cleaning and organizing HR databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, training records).
  • Help document and improve HR processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
  • Strong interest in gaining practical experience and contributing to real-world projects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with relevant tools/software is a plus.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months
