Job Description

The role:

The HR Advisor will be responsible for advising on and carrying out the day-to-day HR operations in a timely and professional manner. Regular communication with internal stakeholders is required to ensure adherence to governance and control around HR issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Labor law and company policy.
  • Manage and guide the resolution of complex cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare relevant documentation, ensuring fairness and consistency throughout all processes.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle — including onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance or payroll team.
  • Continuously review and improve HR processes to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  •  
  • BSc Degree in the relevant field is preferred.
  •  
  • 4+ years’ experience in HR strongly preferred.
  •  
  • Regional experience with professional consultancy is preferred.
  •  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications. 
  • A mature, proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem solving capability. 
  • Clear and proactive communicator. 
  • Able to hold sensitive and confidential materials in strict confidence.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines and schedules. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional and diverse teams. 
  • Adapt well to changing priorities 
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot possible errors and escalate concerns or queries to the relevant people. 
  • Experience with HR systems is preferred.
