We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial / Cost Analyst to join our Infrastructure team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate should:

• Understand capex budgets, how cost data is structured and managed.
• Understand drawdown of cost against budgets and how to reconcile spend against the budget.
• Understand annual spend profiles and define annual budgets and reconcile against master budget and IMS.
• Understand capex and opex cost profiles.
• Understand basis of construction rates.
• Create cost rates database. Analysis of rates to understand the median, high/ low rates, identifier outliers etc. Identify trends in cost including CPI forecasts, inflation modelling etc.

• Bachelors degree in Construction, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with cost analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; results oriented; able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
