Job Description

  • Lead the bid to win process in Singapore
  • Bi-monthly pipeline reporting to service and sector leads to build pipeline confidence and pursuit planning mindset
  • Partner with sector leads to establish their brand, execute their plan and create momentum internally, and externally
  • Bid management and ensuring that content is client oriented and tailored
  • Liaising with management and technical teams to support the creation of tailored, innovative and compliant bid responses in a timely manner
  • Actively contribute to strategic bid planning including positioning, go/no go, win theme development, storyboarding and feedback/lessons learnt
  • Ensure bids are submitted for review for internal quality assurance and governance processes
  • Producing bid documents in collaboration with the technical team
  • Performing the required administrative tasks to respond to opportunities, including setting up a collaborative working environment in MS Teams, following best practice bid processes, and coordinating technical teams to respond to client requests
  • Provide BG support to the Natural Resources and Infrastructure segments to support our growth ambitions
  • Produce compelling, accessible collateral that showcases our propositions internally and externally
  • Regular project wins announcements to celebrate milestones and progress within Singapore and SEA market
  • Marketing activity: Meeting arrangement. Work collaboratively with technical teams to produce collateral required for introducing services to existing and potential clients

Qualifications

Education

  • Education/qualifications in architecture, construction, marketing or design are preferred but not required.

Work experience

  • Experience within an administrative role is preferred
  • Project management, sales, or bid management work experience preferred

IT skills

  • Strong IT literacy
  • Experience using MS office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Experience using any other design software (e.g. InDesign) preferred

Language

  • Speaking and writing skills, and business proficient in English

  • Experience demonstrating excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience demonstrating strong teamwork
  • Experience demonstrating organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Ability to work under time-pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing and ability to foster credible collaborative relationships
