Job Description

Senior Resource to deliver Bangalore Campus

  • Through understanding of Corporate Occupier/Campus Fitout Projects and Stakeholder Management
  • Assists all efforts on Design development and management.
  • Strategize Change Management, Work Place Strategy, Design, Procurement and Execution
  • Interfaces with key Client representatives on matters related to design, procurement, execution, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages key meetings pertaining to Design, Procurement, Progress, etc.
  • Manages the Plan View Platform for Project MIS
  • Co-ordinates with key stakeholders during all stages of the Project
  • Manages EHS and Compliances
  • Oversees Construction Management Partner.
  • Manages stakeholders within MDP Teams

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a similar role for an international company highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in full Microsoft suite of applications including Outlook (emails and calendar), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
