Job Description

  • Delivering a professional bid that complies with brand guidelines and clearly and succinctly communicates key messages.
  • Providing constructive feedback or escalating concerns to senior leadership and partner organisations throughout the bid and interview process
  • Working with external organisations and partners to develop and deliver bids and proposals.
  • Ensuring that all deadlines are met and that bids are submitted on time, and in the correct manner.
  • Support strategic pursuit planning and bid forums including win theme development, storyboarding and bid feedback/lessons learnt.
  • Incorporate local knowledge, evidence/research and writing style/branding in bids to ensure the bid is targeted to defined audience
  • Supporting the preparation of other deliverables related to conversion and work winning, such as interview presentation coaching and procurement team engagement.

  • Have completed an undergraduate degree after October 2023, or expect to complete your final subject by December 2025, including any internships or work experience placements required for graduation
  • Are available to commence full time work in February 2026
  • Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian resident or are eligible for an Australian 485 Graduate Visa
  • Have a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Are clearly motivated for joining the construction industry at Turner & Townsend, specifically
  • Are passionate about pursuing a career in the discipline for which you are applying
  • Possess a growth-mindset and a love for learning on the job
