Job Description

Turner & Townsend is looking for a motivated, hands-on Junior Consultant to work on an array of projects within the Poland and European Business Generation team. We are looking for a team player with a positive can-do attitude. You must have strong time management and communication skills. This is a key role, supporting the Poland and European business in achieving our ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

As a Junior Consultant within Business Generation, you lead, drive and support business generation activities in a way which promotes both the profile of the organisation and enables revenue growth.

In this role, you will be directly reporting to Daria in Krakow and working closely with Directors in the office and remotely. You will also be part of our wider European team and connected with our global business generation team.

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, planning the future development of data centres to the construction of iconic buildings. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use. What this means for your development is that there is no shortage of new experiences – from working as part of a large team to learning and improving our business generation strategy and methodologies.

Poland

  • Support teams in creation of up to date case studies & CVs
  • Maintain & update Capability Statements and any other materials
  • Support bids, ensuring our BtW process is successfully adhered to
  • Support with CRM system data maintenance & analysis
  • Support marketing & communication activities

Europe

Provide internal and external communications support including:

  • production of high quality capability statements/company presentations
  • support in regular bidding trends analysis and reporting
  • provide support regarding awards, media relations, social media and associated profile raising activities.
  • Provide support on pan-European and global proposals

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience across business development or marketing in a professional services environment.
  • Agile - Able and eager to provide hands-on, tactical support.
  • Effective and efficient - Able to prioritise and manage multiple and tight deadlines; able to lead meetings effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive - Able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communicator - Fluent English and Polish language skills (written and spoken) + strong copywriting skills and ability to identify, shape and articulate key messages.
  • Sound ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and external contacts.
  • Attention to detail: so that our marketing material and proposals are flawless.
  • Skilled - Excellent Microsoft office skills and eye for good document layout and graphic design.
