Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for providing full project management services and on-site construction oversight on construction projects and supporting the client as client representative in delivering successful project outcomes. - Development and management schedule.
- Lead coordination meetings between stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Lead validation efforts for date (NBD) updates from schedulers after each IMS update (1x per month) with support from the data analyst change reports and forms.
- Assist in process improvement by suggesting reports needed from the data analysts or new data features that may further optimize program management efforts.
- Support analysis (FR impact for OFE delayed sites) reporting by corresponding with site schedulers to ensure full feedback is acquired (1x per month)
- Correspond with data team on line item updates for the ML Uptick database as updates are provided by ESC and schedulers
Qualifications
- Proficient in data management and controls to perform and understand basic data analysis
- Construction scheduling experience preferred
- Needs strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Skilled in problem solving (especially in resolving differences in need-by-dates and addressing escalations)
- Capable of creating reporting and lead meetings independently
- 5 – 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Engineering or Architecture degree.
- Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager, a specialist in performance measurement and analysis and delivering successful solutions for clients.
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Consultant experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, to conduct meetings, create reports, and do presentations, etc.
