Graduate Recruitment

• Long-term strategic planning for new graduate recruitment
• Budget management, recruitment progress management, and current situation analysis to formulate the best strategies
• Liaise with internal & external parties to enhance company branding for recruitment
• Engage with students in campus and presenting at various campus recruitment events
• Follow-up with candidates and offers during the selection process
• Planning and implementing events for talent pool formation and follow-up with offer recipients
• Development of recruitment plans in collaboration with career centers and job media
• Improvement of the selection process and recruitment activities

• Experience of managing the recruitment process end-to-end
• Preferably 2 years of experience with graduate/campus recruitment in Japan
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
• Native in Japanese
