Job Description
Graduate Recruitment
- Long-term strategic planning for new graduate recruitment
- Budget management, recruitment progress management, and current situation analysis to formulate the best strategies
- Liaise with internal & external parties to enhance company branding for recruitment
- Engage with students in campus and presenting at various campus recruitment events
- Follow-up with candidates and offers during the selection process
- Planning and implementing events for talent pool formation and follow-up with offer recipients
- Development of recruitment plans in collaboration with career centers and job media
- Improvement of the selection process and recruitment activities

- 予算管理・採用進捗管理、現状分析
- 母集団形成
- 採用ブランド力アップのための施策検討
- 各種採用イベントへの登壇、プレゼンテーション

- 内定者フォローのためのイベント企画、実施
- キャリアセンターや求人メディアと連携した採用計画立案
- 応募管理システムの計画と運用
- 選考プロセスや採用活動の改善業務
Qualifications
- Experience of managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Preferably 2 years of experience with graduate/campus recruitment in Japan
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Native in Japanese
