Job Description
The junior Accounting assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's financial and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.
- Register and manage supplier (vendor) information, ensuring accuracy and updates.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking deadlines and performing follow-ups.
- Support bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing.
- Organize and file accounting and financial documents.
- Collaborate with the team in preparing financial and performance reports.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.

Qualifications
- Technical background in Business Administration, Accounting (no Academic Degree is needed)
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in accounting roles, including invoice preparation and supplier management.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of financial management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency
