Job Description

  • To review buildability of IFC drawings and contractor's shop drawings in terms of electrical aspect.
  • To manage the contractor's team during pre installation, installation and post installation.
  • To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met.
  • To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
  • To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required, Master’s Degree desired.
  • 5 to 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design and Construction of Data Centre or Hi-Tech Mechanical Systems
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery 
  • Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
  • Good organizational skills and Service attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and good team working skills, English required
  • Familiarity with Data Centre facilities systems, and power supply infrastructure.
  • Strong ability in English speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project 
  • Thorough understanding of building codes and standards
