Job Description
As a placement with Turner & Townsend you will have the opportunity to develop first class consultancy skills and work with industry leading clients on some of the most exciting projects across the UK. From day one, you’ll dive into the heart of Turner & Townsend, building your internal networks and deepening your understanding of our industry and service area.
We provide summer placements for students in their penultimate year at university but will consider those in their first year or second year of a four year course. The placements usually start in June and will last 8 weeks. This placement is suitable for anyone wanting to gain an insight into the construction industry and the projects we work on.
If you complete a placement with us, you will have the opportunity to fast-track on to another placement or directly on to the GDP. Your fast-track route will be determined by the amount of time you have left at university. If you are returning to university for your final year, we will be able to fast-track you straight on to the GDP.
Our learning approach goes beyond traditional ‘on-the-job’ training. You’ll benefit from a blend of technical and behavioural training, learning from both peers and experienced professionals. This comprehensive approach equips you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel.
