Job Description

  • To manage large scale commercial occupier projects as the key client interface
  • Participate in local and national commercial sector groups.
  • Developing and leveraging industry relationships and preparing strategies from a business generation and project delivery perspective
  • Responsible for the  pre-delivery phase of projects (strategy, site search and AFL/Lease negotiations)
  • To manage the delivery phase of projects through to successful completion.
  • Managing all aspects of project administration, budgets, timelines, risks and reporting and quality.

Qualifications

  • A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
  • 10 – 15+ years industry experience working on commercial occupier projects
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be of benefit
  • Technical ability to manage complex projects and programmes as the key client interface
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Enthusiastic  with leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Responsible, motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients
  • Pleasant and possess good interpersonal skills
