Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Assistant/Personal Assistant to join our London office, providing all round support to our Infrastructure division.
Duties will include:
- Managing complex travel, complex diary management and confidential correspondence
- Engagement with clients to arrange meetings
- International Travel bookings and Visas
- Event management
- Support governance process and systems updates
- Play an active part in the care of clients and be wholly familiar with contacts/ clients
- Manage complex administration requests from internal/ external stakeholders
- Line management and delegation of administrative tasks to Team Administrators
- Board/Senior meeting management, inclusive of minute taking
- Day to day management of office and facilities
- Assist wider office administration team, including bid support as and when Organising team meetings, ensuring the management team are well-prepared.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Proven experience of providing support at Board level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in providing support to others
- Experience of minute taking
- Organising board meetings
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience of liaising with clients
- Experience of dealing with confidential material
