Job Description
The Global Business Generation (BG) Coordinator will support on marketing activity across Global Real Estate, reporting to the Director of Real Estate BG and working closely with the Global Managing Director for Real Estate and Global Sector Leads.
They will help deliver all aspects of marketing and business development: brand and profile, performance monitoring, digital and social media and key client management.
To be successful, the candidate should be comfortable analysing wide-ranging data, to help drive visibility of work pipeline trends and key client performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage the production of key marketing collateral/capability statements working with sector leads.
Provide insightful pipeline and bid conversion reports and data analysis.
Generate a drumbeat of stories for newsletters/Viva Engage to profile major successes internally.
Provide campaign management support on major global research projects.
Raise the profile of sector leads through opinion pieces, digital channels and social media.
Support the key client programme, including collation and sharing of best practice approaches (account plans, client presentations), analysing client care feedback and supporting target setting.
Maintain internal case study and bid libraries working with regional BG teams.
Generate external website content including project case studies and perspectives articles.
Lead on identified initiative areas, for example, supporting pursuits in a growing subsector.
Qualifications
Qualified to degree level.
Professional services experience.
Strong analytical skills and competence handling data in excel.
Strong copywriting skills.
Self-starter – must be able to operate on their own initiative, and prioritise effectively.
Strong communicator - able to engage with confidence at senior levels of the business.
Able to work at pace, supporting a fast-moving business with dynamic opportunities.
Excellent attention to detail – sets a high standard.
Some knowledge of the real estate / construction market (preferred)
Competency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
