Job Description
Key Role Statements
The role of the Due Diligence Program Manager will be in the APAC Site Acquisition Support (SAS) team. The role is based in Singapore. SAS is part of the Infrastructure Planning & Acquisition (IPA) function within client’s Cloud Operations & Infrastructure division. It delivers the real estate needed to build out client’s cloud infrastructure. IPA owns the Asset Development Due Diligence process within Client and the SAS team acts as the ‘intelligent client’ in the process. The Program Manager will be driving cross team delivery and this role requires a broad range of knowledge as outlined below.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
- The scope of work includes the program management services required to ensure the SAS team can support multiple projects currently underway or that will be subject to client’s due diligence process.
- The SAS is responsible for ensuring that proposed data center sites are progressed through client’s internal assessment process up to and including closing the site acquisition. Consequently, a critical part of the role is reporting output to the IPA senior leadership team and its strategic partners/stakeholders.

- Land Acquisition, Land Development, Construction, Engineering & Design, Environmental & Permitting, Community Affairs, Energy, Fiber, Legal, Finance and Cost Estimation
Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in project and program management. Must include working client-side on complex real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Have a good working knowledge of commercial real estate development including the aspects noted above.
- Be able to identify cross-cutting issues and communicate the big picture impacts and risks.
- Have the vision and executive presence to develop and present strategic issues to deliver projects.
- Be able to develop and document comprehensive presentation material.
- Work well within a fast-paced organization where change is a constant.
- You need to be a self-starter, process-minded, and highly collaborative.
- High proficiency on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
