Job Description

Objective

  • Support the Regional Business Generation Team and the Country Manager & Management Team to grow the Mexico business.
  • Ensure Mexico´s vision and Brand ambition, as well as the company´s strategy, purpose and values are realized.

The role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Lead preparation of individual key client plans together with the Country Manager, Regional BG lead and the Key Account Leaders.
  • Support delivery of new client pursuit plans with respective account managers/leads.
  • Lead client relationship management and planning.
  • Follow up on Business Generation activities.
  • Market research.
  • Desktop research for key accounts, leads and annual planning.
  • Commission in-depth research as and when required.
  • Ensuring outputs from research are used by the business.
  • Update marketing materials (case studies, capability statements, presentations for events).
  • Client Meetings: Client Meeting arrangement as needed. Coordinate attendance and prepare presentation material.

Marketing reporting:

  • Help in the revision of monthly reports for monthly calls (key accounts and marketing leads).
  • Contribute to monthly new wins reporting.
  • Prepare BG reporting for management meetings and board meetings as required

Bid management:

  • Follow BG approach.
  • Implement the Bid to Win process.
  • Prepare and follow-up on bids, non-technical bid support.
  • Use marketing materials (case studies, capability statements) and branding.
  • Review bids and maintain brand standards.
  • Maintain best practice on brand approach to bids.

Key Client Management:

  • Drive the planning process for local key accounts.
  • Review account progress with account managers.
  • Positively challenge key account plan around known client issues to identify revenue opportunities.

Client care:

  • Drive Client care planning.
  • Manage local client care schedules and ensure all reviews are done and results are captured on database.

Internal communications:

  • Lead the Business Generation opportunity meetings.
  • Lead marketing inductions with new staff.
  • Support rolling out regional communication plans and strategy.

Brand building:

  • Plan and drive Networking events, client relationship building, entertainment.
  • Organize events, leading throughout its lifecycle.

Outputs:

  • Visible bid support.
  • Increased win rate.
  • Clear proposition.
  • Realize Brand marketing plan and events.
  • Enhanced Information usage and analysis.
  • New client and sector penetration.
  • Ambition and culture shift.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing or related.
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar positions.
  • Preferable knowledge in Construction Projects.
  • Preferable experience working with Companies with the core of Turner & Townsend.
  • Fluent English & Spanish

Major activities

  • Manage external comms and social media.
  • Draw up with the Regional Business Generation lead, the marketing strategy and implement this.
  • Drive key account management strategy implementation.
  • Lead Bid management process.
  • Support communications in relation to business development.
  • Prepare marketing material and events.
