Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Quality Supervisor, responsible for ensuring that all electrical construction activities are performed in accordance with the project specifications, plans, and codes, reporting to the quality and project managers. This role will require a daily, on-site presence. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
  • Identify and seek resolution of quality issues.
  • Supervise inspections and witness testing to verify that works are meeting standards.
  • Validate and maintain quality control on the project platform.
  • Work with the project team to develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Communicate quality control and site issues to the quality and project managers.
  • Assist in the verification of progress claimed by contractors.
  • Maintain a daily site diary for progress.
  • Represent the OR in trade-to-trade handovers.
  • Participate in client’s safety observation system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervising capacity on large scale construction projects.
  • VCA-VOL or SSSTS, CSCS, Safe pass.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication.
  • Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, including providing well-thought out solutions.
  • Full fluency in English, Dutch is a nice to have.
