We are currently have multiple positions for a Contracts Administrator to join our growing Contract Services team. This role would be on site in the Henderson area working directly with our clients and our team. 

Job Description

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development across large Infrastructure projects to site based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use. 

To be successful in this role:

  • Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
  • Responsible for pre and post-contract contract admin/quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, Material take offs, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc
  • Contract Administration will include correspondence, claims assessment & quantum assessment
  • Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list and tender documentation, tender administration, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents
  • Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

Qualifications

  • Full working rights and be currently in Australia.
  • Available to work on site in the Henderson, WA area. 
  • Professional qualifications in procurement and/or contract management, for example CIPS, RICS or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience 
  • Direct experience in contract management for capital equipment, supplier management and expediting
  • Strong technical and manufacturing process understanding
  • Experience working in heavy manufacturing, capital projects and supply chain
  • Experience in contract management, variations and claims
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering value and excellence to your clients.
