Job Description

  • Assess the contract with stakeholders to ensure project timescales are met (key milestones in accordance to the project master schedule) ;
  • Manage multi-type of contracts (construction, equipment’s, materials…etc) ;
  • Oversee the management of construction project design, estimation and project planning including all relevant statutory processes, post-procurement management and maintenance forecasting, working closely with various client departments
  • Undertake compliance checks against contracts;
  • Work to achieve value for money at each stage of the contract;
  • Produce and work against contract management plans for each contract;
  • Manage contract exit;
  • Monitor contract performance and administer service credits and warranty payments where applicable;
  • Analysis on a range of commercial information;
  • Development of reports and presentations to update key stakeholder groups
  • Scope change management, claim assessment and dispute the resolution

Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction sector is necessary,
  • You have solid experience in contract administration,
  • Experience in compiling claims reports,
  • Experience in arbitration and/or litigation processes,
  • Experience in consulting services on contracts,
  • Bilingual French – English (written and oral).
