Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Natural Resources business in the Netherlands, working on an exciting project we have today in Lisbon with a large international client active in battery grade lithium production. Initially based in Lisbon, you will, after project completion in December 2024, be permanently based in the Netherlands.

Working in a team of 2-5 people, you will be reporting directly into the Contract and Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):

  • Hands-on procurement responsibility – managing the different procurement processes and dealing with vendors daily.
  • Handle all contract administrative task not limited to change request, contract modification, verify all contractor invoices.
  • Ensure all contracts and purchase orders are updated in record or closed out in a timely manner and in accordance with the approved contracting and procurement procedures.
  • Support project team with the preparation of contract terms and conditions
  • Ensure that CP documentation is stored and archived according to the approved documentation management policy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role in the Natural Resources sector.
  • Familiar with a variety of the discipline's concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks with minimal day to day supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client facing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Right to work in the EU
