• design and construction) in Expand Capacity project for site.
• Follow & facilitate local Engineering execution, particularly with the interaction this corporate program and their associated Engineering.

Main tasks

• Support organisationally the execution of the AP Facilities design and construction step in the expansion projects, linked to corporate program. Including the following activities:
  • Studies review: Support & facilitate the team specialists in reviewing the engineering documentation and allow a smooth communication.
  • Design/Construction: Work in close collaboration with the different engineering and technical expert to insure good execution and alignment between different stakeholders.
  • Take lead when necessary to solve interaction issue between Engineering.
  • Follow up on actions and open points raised during workshops.
  • Coordinate with internal specialist and provide inputs to Engineering.
  • Call for meetings when necessary

Deliverable to be produced In French or in English,

• Up to date and/or reviewed documentation
• Synthesis of client’s review/input 
• Presentations, communications when relevant
• Up to date different actions plan
• Meeting minutes writing and reviewing

• Experience working in a project set up a project coordination (min. 3 years)
• Experience working for pharmaceutical industry.
• Language is English in the project, so English full professional proficiency together with French is mandatory
