Job Description

AMCL, a T&T company and global leaders in Asset Management, is looking to recruit a Data Analyst into the North America Team. This is an exciting role in a world leading Asset Management Consultancy and provides opportunities to work on a variety of projects across a range of clients in different industry sectors.

The role offers flexibility for remote work. There will be the opportunity to support projects globally through our offices in the US, UK, Middle East and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret complex datasets related to asset management and operations, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform descriptive & diagnostic analytics.
  • Develop and maintain extract, transform and load (ETL) processes, including data queries from databases, data mining from multiple sources and data cleansing.
  • Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards.
  • Communicate and present data analytics insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decisions.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Support development of reports/documents summarizing analyses and findings.

Capabilities

  • Ability to work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs & requirements and translate into both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Ability to analyze and maintain existing dashboards, tools, reports and databases.
  • Strong understanding of relational database and associated skills such as SQL queries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and preferably experience in Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • An analytical mindset with mathematical and statistical skills.
  • Intermediate programming skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Engineering, Business, Data Science, Real Estate or equivalent degree is mandatory
  • 2-4 years of post graduate Data Administration experience 
  • Experience within the construction management field and within the public / government real estate sectors is preferred but not mandatory
  • SQL Code Proficiency is mandatory
  • Strong Data Visualization skills, preferably utilizing Power BI and/ or Tableau 
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Self-starter attitude with results oriented focus  
  • High level written and oral communication skill

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $90K-$115K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
