Overview: To support the set-up and delivery of retail projects and programmes from initial feasibility stage through to design, procurement, construction, and successful handover. You will be a project manager representing the end user client, taking the proactive actions in managing and coordinating all stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Individual project values up to US$6m and over.

Job Description

  1. Work with EHS manager and Project Manager to prepare Project EHS Management Plan.
  2. Conduct the regular site inspection to find out, track the site issues, track and close out the actions.
  3. Assess construction work risks and approve EHS construction permits.
  4. Check whether site contractors to manage the site according to the approved EHS policy, management plan and method statement.
  5. Establish the necessary project EHS training system to minimize the risk beforehand.
  6. Assure the authority inspection issues are reported timely and accurately.
  7. Review the EHS performance of all site contractors.
  8. Prepare all EHS requirements for contractor selection and participate the bidding process to ensure all necessary EHS requirements are considered by bidder during bidding.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years construction EHS management. Actual project EHS experiences on high-rise building, fit-out construction and cleanroom renovation project shall be essential plus
  • At least have 3 foreign project experiences.
  • Must be proactive on EHS management
  • Must be good at communicating with different team, be active on solving problems under the challenging situations.
  • Must be a good expert on project reporting, including excel, PPT and meeting chairing.
  • Skilled to work with different working style client is essential.
