現在、日本での業務拡大にあたり、コストマネジャー（コストマネジメント業務を行う職能）を募集しています。特に電気設備工事、空調衛生設備工事の知識を有する方を積極的に募集しています。電気や空調衛生に関する設計業務や施工管理業務、コストマネジメント、積算業務の経験を有する方は大歓迎です。

To support the construction project from pre-construction to the project end as a cost manager.

(If you are experienced in building services such as electrical equipment or air conditioning)

• cost estimates for electrical equipment and air-conditioning and sanitary equipment construction
• VE proposal for electrical equipment, air conditioning and sanitary equipment construction
• Estimate assessment and assessment negotiation
• Estimation analysis, cost data accumulation work

(If you are experienced in construction cost engineering)

• Budget creation at the planning stage
• propose the value-added advice to clients
• Manage estimating, costing and cost planning
• Managing bids, contracts and procurement processes
• Management of contract changes such as design changes and cost fluctuations
• Quotation appraisal, appraisal negotiation, performance management
• Creating a cost report
• Value Engineering (VE) and Risk Management
• Final contract negotiation
• Client and team leadership at all project stages

【業務内容と主な責務】

コストマネジャーとして、建設プロジェクトの初期段階から完成までのコストマネジメント業務を行っていただきます。

• 電気設備、空調衛生設備工事の概算、積算業務
• 電気設備、空調衛生設備工事のVE提案
• 電気設備、空調衛生設備工事の見積査定、査定交渉
• 電気設備、空調衛生設備工事の見積分析、コストデータの蓄積作業
• 建築分野担当との連携、支援

（建築関係の経歴を有する方）

• 企画段階における予算作成
• 建設プロジェクトにおける付加価値向上の提案
• 概算、積算、コストプランニングの管理
• 入札、契約、調達プロセスの管理
• 設計変更等の契約変更やコスト増減の管理
• 見積査定、査定交渉、出来高の管理
• コストレポートの作成
• バリューエンジニアリング（VE）とリスクの管理
• 最終契約の交渉
•  全てのプロジェクト段階でクライアントとチームの統率

Necessary Qualification

• Degree holder in construction/electrical engineering/mechanical engineering or any other degree equivalent 
•  As least 2＋ Years of experience in relevant sector
•  Knowledge across the majority of aspects of cost engineering
•  Understanding and experience of implementing methods of procurement

Preferrable but not necessary

• Good command / proficient in spoken and written English 
• Qualification in quantity surveyor, cost management,building equipment engineer, architect, construction management
