Due to continued growth in Sweden, our Project Management team in Stockholm are looking to appoint a Assistant Project Manager to work on exciting Real Estate Projects throughout the region. The Assistant Project Manager will, amongst other services, fulfil the role of the following competences:

• Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projects
• Assisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes
• Preparing written project communication materials
• Undertake local site survey's to establish project status and progression and report this back to the client.
• Preparation of procurement documentation for other project involved parties to appraise.
• Project close out site inspection and compiling of snag lists.

• Degree or its equivalent in Construction Management or Related Field
• A minimum of 1 year project management experience within the construction industry.
• Some understanding of project life cycle
• Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally residential, office, fit outs and health & education
• Fluent Swedish or one Scandinavian Language and excellent English language skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Right to work in Sweden
• Should be open to travelling within Sweden.
• Holds a valid driving License.
