Job Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for driving all areas of the recruitment function from sourcing until onboarding and working closely with key stakeholders across the KSA business.

Typical duties will include:

  • Sourcing and placing top Saudi Nationals talents across the KSA business
  • Collaborate with local universities to utilise their support in identifying Saudi talents
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Managing screenings, follow-ups, salary negotiations, with building long term relationships with candidates
  • Manage the candidate search process by implementing external sourcing strategies and assessing candidates
  • Attract Saudi National candidates using various sources, including social media networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals and internal recruitment campaigns.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
  • Create and manage a strong candidate pipeline of Saudi Nationals
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to Turner & Townsend Careers page, LinkedIn, other relevant social media and job boards.
  • Administrating and keeping Applicant Tracking System up to date to ensure for accurate reporting
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “great place to work” / market our EVP.

 

Qualifications

  • Saudi National
  • Holder of a BSc / BA degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition roles, preferably within construction field.

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Previous work experience in Middle East is mandatory.
  • Strong network within the KSA talent ecosystem, including relationships with educational institutions and government entities.
  • Proven experience in Saudisation or nationalisation initiatives within the KSA private or semi government sector.
  • Experience with ATS systems is preferrable.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter account is preferrable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task functions using sound judgement.
  • Highest regard for confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
