Finance & Accounts:

• Preparation of Financial Statements in line with Companies Act 13
• Knowledge of IND AS / IFRS / US GAAP
• Practical experience on maintenance of books of accounts
• Maintain reports on relevant expense data from Trial balance, interest charged to various projects, depreciation and overheads data in coordination with accounts personnel.
• Understanding of Profit/Cost centre approach

• Auditing:

• Maintenance of all books of account and preparation of all financial reconciliation, preparation of monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement, monitoring debtors and follow up
• D365 Implementation
• ICOFR implementation
• Understanding of SOX 

• Taxation

• Understanding of Tax liabilities and comply within timelines.
• Understanding of GST and comply within timelines.
• Continuously monitor the changes in the tax laws and its implications
• Co-ordinate the audit with regards to direct and indirect tax
• Understanding of Transfer pricing changes and its implication
•  
• Invoices 
• Producing fee invoices to clients for services provided in accordance with management agreements
• Be the main point of contact for the Client on accounting issues/matters
• Familiarise yourself with properties, client reporting requirements and general administration processes for the portfolio
• Calculation and compilation of completion statements, review calculations and interest if any.

• Education – Chartered Accountant.
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role with Pvt Ltd Co or part of audit firm handling service industry clients
